EDMONDS MARINA
Here's how to get to the Edmonds Marina - Andiamo's home.
Take the Second Part of Exit 177 (Edmonds Ferry, Lake Forest Park). First part heads East towards Lake Forest Park, the Second Part takes you to Edmonds.
Head west on NE 205th following signs towards Edmonds Ferry. Soon NE 205th will turn into Edmonds Way.
Soon after crossing 100th Street & Edmonds Way intersection (an intersection with QFC, out of business Albertsons, Chevron & strip mall with Starbucks) you’ll want to get in the right lane.
Keep following Edmonds Ferry signs as road forks as you drop down into towards ‘downtown’ Edmonds. You’ll want the right fork which will take you underneath Edmonds Way and down to the waterfront and ferry.
Get in left lane (right lane is for ferry traffic).
Turn left at West Dayton (just before Ferry booths).
Cross railroad tracks and follow road left.
Find
parking near Arnies Restaurant
(careful not to park in 'permit' areas).
Andiamo is moored at the far end of “U” Dock. If we’re not at the top of the dock when you arrive please call us on our cell phones at 206.910.1439 or 206.371.1146.
From I-5 Southbound:
Take Exit 177 (Edmonds Ferry, Lake Forest Park).
Turn right off of exit and head west toward Edmonds
Follow remaining directions above...
For those with Nav Systems or want to use an address: use the address for Arnie's Restaurant - 300 Admiral Way, Edmonds, WA 98020. 'Q' dock is just south of Arnie's.
If you're parachuting in or taking your helicopter ... the picture might help - otherwise its just the coolness of Google Earth.

Shilshole Bay Marina
(Pickup Point)
For race at Shilshole Bay we can use the 'X' dock of Shilshole Bay Marina as a
quick pickup/drop off point for those who don't have time for the trip to and
from the Elliott Bay Marina.
From I-5 North or South Bound:![]()
Take the N 50th Exit.
Follow N 50th West.
At Intersection of N 50th & Green Lake Way, Veer Left onto Green Lake Way (about a 45' turn). Don't Turn Left onto Stone Way!
Follow Green Lake Way uphill (stay in the right lane, it's just easier) and continue as it passes under Aurora/Hwy 99 and turns into N 46th.
Continue following the road (N 46th) as it drops down the hill into Ballard and becomes NW Market Street.
Follow Market Street through downtown Ballard (Uff da!). After passing downtown and the Ballard Locks, the street becomes Seaview Ave NW.
Continue on Seaview Ave NW past Ray's Boathouse and most of the marina. X dock is a the the far North end of the marina near the boat launch/Golden Garden park.
Take Westlake Ave to Fremont and cross the Fremont Bridge.
Follow Leary Way NW out towards Ballard.
Turn left onto Market Street.

Continue on Seaview Ave NW past Ray's Boathouse and most of the marina. X dock is a the the far North end of the marina near the boat launch/Golden Garden park.
From Downtown Via Ballard Bridge:![]()
Head North on Elliott Ave/15 Ave NW out of Seattle.
Cross over Ballard Bridge.
Turn Left on Market Street.
Parking is a bit of a trick - be careful not to park in the boat launch parking or in the marina permit parking areas - that's an easy way to get ticketed or towed. I would recommend parking on the street (Seaview Ave) as there's typically plenty of parking but you might have a bit of a walk to get to the dock.
X Dock is at the North end of the marina. It's the last dock before the boat launch and is the dock for the crane launched boat from the dry boat storage. It's easy to find as it's behind the hamburger joint, marina baths/shower building and the dry boat storage next to the two large yellow cranes. To get their walk along the sidewalk on the North side of the hamburger joint toward the water then walk out the wooden pier with the cranes and X dock is right in front of you.
Here's what X Dock looks like:
Please gather on the dock so we can swing in pick you up and head back out without delay.
